  • Description:

Empower your welders with structured training and certification through our exclusive 12-day Physical Training program, designed exclusively for corporates. Tailored for welders with a minimum of 01 years in the trade and no formal training, this program covers basic theories and concepts in welding. Participants will be grouped according to their current skill levels and up-skilled to perform welding positions such as F1, F2, F3, F4, and 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G. The program includes a Radiographic Test (RT Test / X-ray test) conducted by the requirements of Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Welding processes covered in the training include SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding – MIG, MAG), and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding).

  • Training Objectives:
    1. Understand basic theories and concepts related to welding technology, providing a solid foundation for skill development.
    2. Perform Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), also known as Manual Metal Arc Welding, achieving competency in this essential welding process.
    3. Perform MIG and MAG Welding – Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), gaining proficiency in these widely used welding techniques.
