The 30-meter “Z” type boom, mounted on a 4 x 2 chassis, provides effective concrete pumping capabilities. Utilizing TUNGSTEN CARBIDE, the wear plate and wear ring significantly extend the lifespan of wear parts, reducing maintenance costs by up to 300%. Triangular paddles in the hopper ensure smooth and unhindered concrete flow within the pump. The hydraulic sensing valve, a key component in the Hydraulic Changing System, guarantees good durability, long life, and freedom from electrical problems. For convenient operation, the concrete pump comes with a 10-meter cable remote control as an optional feature. To minimize maintenance, the pumping units feature an automatic greasing system with an electric pump and grease tank, available as an optional feature. The split ram design allows for easy replacement of seal kits with quick detachable connections, offering economical and long-lasting performance, up to three times longer than solid ram alternatives. The S-Valve, with a robust “S” valve design and a large inner diameter, is suitable for handling harsh concrete, ensuring a longer life with minimal wear in the A30ZX pump.
