The Twin-shaft Mixer is designed for larger size aggregates and faster discharge, available in various sizes to meet different project requirements.
Aggregate loading is facilitated through direct loading to bins using a wheel loader. Additionally, an option for shuttle loading conveyor with a loading hopper is available for added flexibility.
Bin Storage features inline bins ranging from 10 cu.m to 30 cu.m, ensuring ample storage capacity. Emergency switches are incorporated for slack/failure wire protection, and safety grids are in place to enhance operational safety.
Conveying of Material can be accomplished through skip conveying or a belt conveyor, providing adaptability based on specific project requirements. This versatility in material conveying methods enhances the efficiency and customization of the concrete batching process.
