The Twin Shaft Mixer boasts a compact design for easy installation, featuring hexagonal mixing shafts with spiral profile blades that ensure optimal homogeneity in the mix.
Embracing a modular approach, the plant incorporates a foldable mixer unit, panels, and a swivelable operator’s cabin, enabling single-day erection and dismantling. This plug-and-play system requires just one truck for the transportation of the entire plant.
The Aggregate Bins are designed with a low height for direct loading, eliminating the need for a conveyor mechanism, resulting in cost and space savings on-site. The Skip System utilizes a dual rope system with a winding guide and winch drum, featuring limit switches for feeding, waiting, and discharge positions, emergency switches for wire protection, and safety grids. This design is aimed at minimizing required space.
Maintenance is streamlined with reversible mixing blades, ensuring that all parts in contact with the mixer are easily replaceable. The pan floors and walls are lined with easily replaceable, hard-wearing liner segments.
The plant includes an Automatic Liquid Additive Dosing Unit with a supporting trestle, electrical equipment, cables, hoses, fittings, and complementary accessories.
Redefining concrete mixing technology, the plant achieves high efficiency with a synchronizer flow belt that matches the speed of two motors.
The SCADA-based Control Panel with a PLC Unit features four weight indicators (for Aggregate, Cement, Water, and Admix), unlimited data storage, and the capability for auto/manual moisture (water) correction.
