The future of concrete mixing is modular, featuring a foldable mixer unit, panels, and a swivelable operator’s cabin for quick single-day erection and dismantling. This plug-and-play system requires only one truck for the transportation of the entire plant.
The Aggregate Bins are designed with a low height for direct loading, eliminating the need for a conveyor mechanism, resulting in cost and space savings on-site. The cabin’s versatile design allows it to be pivoted on the machine or set up away from it, providing flexibility for site customization.
For efficient concrete mixing and discharge, the plant incorporates a Planetary Mixer with round mixing arms in NiCr special steel, one rotating star with two mixing blades, and a heavy-duty reduction unit in the mixer gearbox.
The Skip System utilizes a dual rope system with a winding guide and winch drum, including limit switches for feeding, waiting, and discharge positions, emergency switches for wire protection, and safety grids. This system is designed to minimize required space.
Maintenance is made easy with reversible mixing blades, and all parts in contact with the mixer are easily replaceable. The pan floors and walls are lined with easily replaceable hard-wearing liner segments.
The plant also includes an Automatic Liquid Additive Dosing Unit with a supporting trestle, electrical equipment, cables, hoses, fittings, and complementary accessories.
Redefining concrete mixing technology, the Planetary Mixer concept features a mixer with a motor on top for faster and more homogenous mixing.
The SCADA-based Control Panel with a PLC Unit features four weight indicators (for Aggregate, Cement, Water, and Admix), unlimited data storage, and the capability for auto/manual moisture (water) correction.
