The future is modular with our innovative concrete plant design. Featuring a foldable mixer unit, panels, and a swivelable operator’s cabin for single-day erection and dismantling, the plant boasts a plug-and-play feature, requiring only one truck for transportation of the entire setup.
The aggregate bins offer a low height for direct loading, eliminating the need for a conveyor mechanism and saving costs and space on-site. With a maximum ramp height limited to 1m, the cabin design allows pivoting on the machine and setting up away from it, providing site customization.
The planetary mixer ensures faster mixing and discharge, equipped with round mixing arms in NiCr special steel, a rotating star with three mixing blades, and a heavy-duty reduction unit in the mixer gearbox. The skip system features a dual rope system with a winding guide and winch drum, limit switches for feeding, waiting, and discharge positions, emergency switches for wire protection, and safety grids, all designed to reduce required space.
Maintenance is made easy with a top-mounted drive motor allowing convenient access for servicing planetary mixer components, along with replaceable wall and floor liners. The plant also includes an automatic liquid additive dosing unit with supporting trestle, electrical equipment, cables, hoses, fittings, and complementary accessories.
The SCADA-based control panel with PLC unit boasts four weight indicators for aggregate, cement, water, and admix unlimited data storage, and the capability for auto/manual moisture (water) correction.
