Defending Champions UTE won the Caterpillar Challenge Trophy Cricket tournament held in Chennai, India.

This tournament features the three Caterpillar dealers from Bangalore District(UTE, GMMCO and TIPL)along with a team from Caterpillar Inc. Aimed at fostering good relationships, this tournament has become a stage for showcasing sporting talents of the employees of these organizations.

 

Winner : UTE – Sri Lanka
Runners up : TIPL – India
Best Batsman : Sandun Senavirathne (Captain of the UTE team)
Best Fielder : Nirmal Jayasooriya (UTE)
